Sporting solutions required a complete IP video delivery and hosting solution to support their internal investment within their trading offices in the UK. By utilising iGameMedia’s revolutionary OTT platform which has been developed to meet the growing needs of the global trading floors has allowed Sporting Solutions to realise their objectives.
 
A view has been taken that having a linear and cumbersome AV (Audio/Video) infrastructure is a regressive and not progressive step and have therefore having consulted with iGameMedia about the potential of remotely hosting and managing their existing AV infrastructure, digitising it and providing a highly scalable future proof IP solution met their needs.
 
Our proposal firstly provided licenced access to our OTT platform, but with the following customised enhancements specific to Sporting Solutions.

On behalf of rights holder MODUS Darts, iGame created a sophisticated real-time data collection software solution and data feed service designed specifically for the sportsbook market pertaining to the MODUS Super Series Darts tournament.
Our custom software solution allows operators and pricing providers to trade all 5,200 darts matches annually in real-time, thanks to the speed and efficiency of our push feed.

Live Scoring
Users can input the score from each dart thrown in a straightforward UI, with functionality to undo and edit throws. Opening individual matches displays key match information and statistics, as well as providing a match timeline which updates in real-time with each dart thrown.
Scoreboards
Containing elements which can be overlayed on the stream at any time. Scoreboards, key match statistics, player information and the current league table, all of which update in real-time. This automatically displays the information for whichever match is in-progress.
Pre-Match
Displaying statistics for both players in the tournament so far. This also includes optional animated versions which display player images and cycles through each of the statistics. These pages automatically switch to the next game, making the application more efficient for users.
League Tables
Up-to-date league tables can be overlaid on-screen for the competition being streamed, along with the option to download a bespoke graphic of the league table and key stats to summarise the action (e.g., games won, legs won etc.) specifically formatted for posting to Twitter.
Active Game Score
Live game scores for the players throughout a match, displaying the score recorded with each turn as well as their score remaining in the same format. This is updated in real-time as users record the darts thrown, automatically updating for whichever match is currently live.
Post-Game
Once a match has been completed, key statistical highlights of the match are formatted ready to be overlayed on a broadcast. Also allowing users to download a reactive graphics for all finished games, which include the final scores and important match information.

As part of our commercial partnership with the MODUS Super Series, it was imperative that alongside the live video production, that a real time data feed existed to support the betting market, that could also be re-purposes to provide broadcast graphics and stats to meet the production expectations throughout.
 
iGame created a bespoke data collection application delivering a real-time push feed of all match events, collected directly from the venue via approved PDC scouts.
 
We created and delivered a PUSH notification solution with multiple data points for every dart thrown, providing clients with all the detail required to trade 5200 matches annually, while maximizing efficiency of delivery and InPlay turnover.
 
Our push feed structure is designed to provide the same detail as other mainstream darts competitions, facilitating the ease of integration, and delivering all of the detail clients have come to expect and modelled against.
 
We modified gameplay format designed specifically for betting markets contains a tangible bet delay between legs, significantly improving market uptime for operators to maximize betting opportunities. In addition, we built a specific Darts API which allowed for fixtures and results queries, as well as detailed & historical match information down to the individual throw level for precise settlement of all betting markets and price modelling.
 
Using the data collected, we have in turn produced suitable on-screen graphics that presents the game & player performance suitable to render Scoreboards, Live statistics, League tables, & Match Insights.
