iGameMedia, together with Pragmatic Play has launched a fully integrated streaming solution that allows its customers to access all sports streaming content available without requiring multiple integrations, significantly reducing integration timelines, change management, and empowering the inplay betting product commonly used today.

The iGameMedia ONEPlatform has established integrations with all major content providers that expose all streaming content agreed by the sportsbook operator delivered as a unified content API.

iGameMedia’s integrated solution provides sportsbooks and platform providers with a content gateway to a vast and diverse world of sports content.

In addition, it presents a unique solution to the industry challenges of mapping live streaming with event data essential for the sportsbook product offering. For years customers and suppliers have been required to map IDs from different API sources, leading to multiple challenges and failures, resulting in the inability to offer a live game for the inplay product.

The iGameMedia ONEMap product utilises a single API instance that exposes the respective IDs of all third party vendors associated with the live event. AI and ML technology delivers a truly automated solution with an accuracy rating of 99.7% first time mapping achieved.

At its core, ONEMap’s proprietary AI model utilises advanced algorithms and powerful machine learning capabilities to establish precise connections between AV provider data and event creation data on the ONEPlatform.

Common challenges that exist in the industry include the non-standard approach to team name conventions that are exposed against a content API, whereby typical machine processing cannot identify if PSG or Paris Saint Germain is the same team, often leading to un-mapped events that require manual intervention.

iGameMedia and THEO Technologies partner to launch ultra-low latency streaming solution with Bet365

Commercially viable ULL solution to challenge the industry standard

iGameMedia, the leading sports broadcaster with an extensive history in B2B ultra-low latency, is proud to announce a new multi-year partnership with THEO Technologies to deliver ultra-low latency sports streaming to the sportsbook market as standard, phasing out HLS.

iGameMedia, together with THEO Technologies, will launch its new solution in May 2023, going live exclusively on the world’s largest sports betting site, Bet365, along with rights agency partner Infront Bettor, delivering its entire content portfolio in ultra-low latency as standard across the iGame ONEPlatform.

The platform is a single API that is integrated with all leading sports rights holders, which maps multiple vendor event IDs into one singular ID in one integration.

Until now, the industry standard for sports streaming latency has averaged between seven and eight seconds using HLS in the last ten years – with pricing data feeds moving markets in 1–2 seconds, the usefulness of the video relative to the markets has diminished.

iGameMedia will make available – to all its rights partners – the option to deliver content via its leading ONEPlatform API – to all their clients – in ultra-low latency. The service will be delivered with a fixed latency of 2 seconds from source, aligning the data and the video for a massively enhanced user experience. A sub-second latency service will also be made available where required.

iGameMedia delivers streaming solution on behalf of DAZN to retail operators Tipico and Admiral

In 2021 DAZN approached iGameMedia with a challenge. DAZN needed a cost-effective, highly flexible and scalable way of delivering content for two retail sportsbook operators in Germany and Austria, Tipico and Admiral. Key measurements were the necessity for video to be delivered on par with satellite whilst also maintaining picture quality.

iGameMedia implemented a fully managed end to end multichannel IP streaming solution via an Amino set-top box. The resulting service provided up to 12 channels, all streamed at a low latency, actually faster than satellite at HD quality output. The service is now fully established in the market at scale and running extremely successfully.

Sporting Solutions harnessing iGameMedia’s revolutionary ONEOTT platform

Sporting Solutions required a complete IP video delivery and hosting solution to support their internal investment within their trading offices in the UK. Utilising iGameMedia’s revolutionary ONEOTT platform – which has been developed to meet the growing needs of the global trading floors – has allowed Sporting Solutions to realise their objectives.

A view was taken that having a linear and cumbersome AV (Audio/Video) infrastructure is a regressive and non-progressive step. Having consulted with iGameMedia about the potential of remotely hosting and managing their existing AV infrastructure – digitising it and providing a highly scalable future-proof IP solution met their needs.

Our proposal provided licenced access to ONEOTT, with additional customised enhancements specific to Sporting Solutions:

  • iGameMedia to host and manage 10 set-top boxes and to transcode the output of each box into a high-res 8Mbps H.264 real-time stream with a delay no greater than 700ms.
  • Provide Sporting Solutions with the ability to control each of these boxes remotely via our intuitive OTT software.
